 SMAR TECH MOULD inspects the parts of mould and parts in house, our inspect equipment including: Coordinate Measurement Machine: CMM, projecting apparatus, height gauge, hardness gauge and so on. We strictly control the quality standard of each process as:
- Review of mould design drawing;
- Test the material and hardness of mould frame and mould core;
- Test mould electrode;
- Test mould surface; exhaust system, mould core and each fitting part;
- Pre-assembly test;
- Offer Mould trial reports and the measurement of sample reports;
- Pre-delivery test and inspect exterior packing of mould.
